GUIDE / 03

Your first visit, made simple.

Choose the right account path, set your password, and find your dashboard.

Keep in mind

You can create your login before completing your full profile. Start with accurate basics and add detail when you are ready.

New here? Create an account

Choose Create account and enter your name, email, and a password of at least 12 characters. A memorable phrase or a password manager can help. The Show button lets you check what you typed.

Choose whether you are seeking capital or support, or deploying capital. Participants can identify as a startup, institution, or individual. Investors choose the category that best describes their work. Optional profile details can be completed later.

If email confirmation is required, enter the code sent to your address. After authentication, participants enter their participant dashboard and investors enter their investor dashboard.

Already submitted an interest form?

An interest submission records your interest; it is not itself a password login. If an operator has issued a participant setup code, open Sign in and expand Have a participant setup code? Select your masked participant card and follow the password setup steps.

Use only the code issued for your own record. An expired or withdrawn setup code needs operator assistance. If the record already has a password, use the regular sign-in form instead.

Returning or recovering access

Sign in with the email and password on your account. FirstContact directs you to the dashboard for your role, so you do not need to memorize a separate investor or participant address.

Forgot your password? Where email recovery is available, choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in form, request a code, and use it to set a new password. Check your spam folder if the email is missing. Code delivery and successful verification are separate steps.

Make your dashboard useful

Complete your profile, check any linked participant record, and review the labels on your dashboard. A missing record does not mean a new account has failed; you may still need to complete intake or connect an existing record.

  • Participants: review your profile and listing options, then explore the outreach planner.
  • Investors: review your investor profile, then explore the catalogue and pacing tool.
  • Everyone: use the account privacy area to review available data controls.
